I totally understand your frustration about what to wear at the wedding--and your anxiety about now being part of the wedding party in a style and color that you didn't chose and that aren't you.

However, I personally thought you would look perfectly elegant in any of those you pictured on the blog.

And we want to assure you that for dinner with us next Tuesday night there will be no dress code whatsoever. Come nude for all we care--well, maybe we'll draw the line there.

You and Lorian both asked what you can bring. There are a couple of things I want both of you to bring--samples of your current of favorite knitting/crocheting projects(and a few of your home-made Christmas ornaments would be great if they are easily accessible).

And pictures of Mac and Jazz and any other favorite pets. We'll have Lorian and Dave bring a picture of their Egyptian mix Pharaoh and the one of Lorian lying in front of a cervil cat. (For our part, Sudoku will be playing herself.)

Duane and Dave are both good story-tellers. They might want to be polishing up their best jokes or imitations. Dave does Aussie and Irish jokes and a hilarious parody of Robin Williams doing Elmer Fudd doing Bruce Springsteen.

Other mutual interests: gardening (He's a pro), health, limited travel. They'll be taking Amtrak to Oregon soon. During a previous marriage Lorian was a hippie and lived in a tent in Oregon. You could ask her about that. They like working with the homeless. Oh, and he plays a guitar and is on a worship team.
Jessica Renshawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06772797916085422429noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7842684642117669334.post-86661606525788288882013-08-18T17:02:16.913-07:002013-08-18T17:02:16.913-07:00Gardening is never a wasted effort.
